Hello teacher, my name is Thao. I'm 18 years old. Í'm a student in FPOLY. Today, I would like to talk about my daily activities.

Firstly, I will talk about my morning activities. I get up at 5 o'çlock every day. After I get up, I often exercise in 30 minutes. Then I brush my teeth, wash my face and get dressed. I have breakfast with my family at 6:15am. We usually have Pho for breakfast. I ride my bike to school at 6:45am because it takes me  25 minutes to ride to school.

The second part is about my afternoon activities. When I finish all classes, I come home at 11:45am. I usually have noodles for lunch at 12:30. I dont care much about what I have for lunch because I eat alone. After that I take a nap for 30 minutes, then I start to wash the dishes and help my mother to take care of my younger sister.

Thirdly, I want to mention about my evening activities. I often help my mother to make dinner for my family. We buy some vegetables at the market near my house at 4pm. Then we back home and make tasty dishes. We usually have rice and chicken for dinner. I sometimes hang out with my friends and have Pho for dinner. I don't like reading but my sister does even though she can't read it. I always tell her fairy tales every night before she goes to bed.

About my leisure activities, I often listen to music, watch films on youtube. On the day that I don't have classes at school, I usually help my father to water the plants or feed the chicken.I do the laundry every day. I clean the house and take out the garbage 4 times a day. Every morning I wake up at 6:00 am.Then do personal hygiene,do morning exercise by joggoing 1000km to improve your health.After exercising,I clean myself and then cook for the morning .By 7h30 a.m.I read a book ,I do my homework until 8h30.At 9ho o’clock I learn duolinggo.At 10h30,prepare for lunch. Normally,I have an english class schedule at 9:45 a.m.to 11h45 a.m, two sessions a week are are tuesday and thursday.At 11h o’clock, I have lunch and prepare to take a shower for the afternoon to go to school.At 1h o’clock there is a school shift in the evening .I study until 3h o’clock and then after school ,Igo to a friend’s milk tea or take a walk around the city.At 5h o’clock I come home and clean the house and prepare dinner ,after preparing dinner, I rested for a bit and then continued to do my homework until 8:30. 8:30 p.m.to 10p.m I go hang out with friends.10 p.m.to 11p.m. go out and go home , do personal hygiene and end a full day of studying .Activities happen to me every day and repeat them almost every day .I have a schedule from friday to saturday .On sundays, I go home with my family and hang out with friend .

Because my house is a cottage, it only has one floor. That’s the reason why it doesn’t have any balconies. My house also has a little garden on the right of the house.

Finally, I usually clean my house three times a week. I tacke out the garbage every day. After the meals, I often wash the dishes. I love all my rooms in the house, but I love bedroom the best. I can do whatever I like in my bedroom. Nobody can annoy me. It’s also better to review the lessons in my bedroom more than living room.

I have dinner later than all of members in my family so I just need to eat a little fast food. Because my mother don’t have time to teach my little sisters do they homeworks so that is my job. One day, I usually have meals at mornings, afternoons, and dinners. On the morning, i prepare for breafast at 6:30 am. When it’s lunch time, I start at 12:30 am. Finally the dinners come at 8:00 pm.
