a loyalist perspective, this would be viewed as very hard headed or stuburn because this was a very regrettable act of rebellion against the British crown due to the fact that this was the first open armed conflict or war

this was signifying defiance against the crown Which was frowned upon by the loyalist but policies were now more and more seen as oppressive more on the taxation part of it for the colonies

I would remain loyal to the royal crown if I were alive during the Boston Tea Party. I would've been a loyalist because the patriots who acted during the Boston Tea Party faced consequences, I have a very stable life under the British government, and I feel like I have more protection under the British crown. The British are paying us loyalists money for remaining loyal to them and to ensure that we like our life under British government. I feel like the people who dumped the tea into the ocean to rebel against are overdoing it because the British worked hard to get that tea and try to keep us safe. I feel like the Boston Tea Party was a very selfish act to show that they wanted their independence and I think they could've shown that without harming the economy.

Patriot's view on the Battle of Lexington and Concord

On April 19, 1775, the inferior colonist army managed to overpower the superior British army. This was a great feat in the war and would have gave colonists great joy and morale. This is what I would feel as a patriot colonist.

First off, the victory would have been very unexpected. Considering the smaller army and lesser artillery, it would have been a very pleasant surprise.

Secondly, there would have been some sadness due to the 49 who were killed and many more who were wounded. This could have the chance to affect people greatly though due to the fact that these soldiers had family.

Lastly, this battle would give motivation and may even inspire people to join the army and fight for independence. Overall, it would have been a great success for the people who wanted progress.

Due to these reasons, I would feel a certain way depending on who I was. If I had no association with these people, I would feel very overjoyed and their would be few negatives. Yet, if I did know or was related to them, I would see the Battle as more of a negative and wish it would have never happened.

If I was a patriot during the Battle Of Yorktown I would be very joyful because that battle was the last battle in the American Revolution. You see there is a lot of backstory to this battle. A lot of things happened up to this battle. Including multiple battles, the signing of the Declaration of Independence, The Boston Tea Party and the Treaty of Paris.

I'm only going to be talking about the Battle of Yorktown.

The Battle of Yorktown was a very significant battle in the American Revolution it marked the end of the war. That day was when America declared its independence from Britain. This was a very happy day for the Patriots, who had been waiting for this moment. You see every patriot wanted independence from the British rule for a long time for a lot of different things, the biggest on being "taxation without representation" and also many of the colonist felt like they didn't have a voice. So a lot of people went for the idea of America declaring independence from Britain. And that was what happened on July 4, 1776. America actually declared its independence before the American Revolution was over.

The Boston Tea Party (Patriot)

If I was a colonist during the Boston Tea part of 1773. I would've remained a strong patriot. It was really the British fault if you think about it. During that time the British started raising taxes on everything including tea. They were taxing without representation. They were not giving colonists a chance to share their opinions. Over all the British were just abusing their power in every way they could. So that's why on December 16, 1773 many colonists stormed onto ships carrying tea into the Boston Harbor and started throwing loads of tea crates in the water.

After the tea party many people fled into the city to avoid arrest.
