Because it get all participants engaged before the session starts
Why is that important?
it gets peoples minds working when selecting an avatar .everybody has a voice when they make their choice.
why will this benefit the meeting outcome ?
Full participation will get the best outcome from the meeting /session /training
Why do you say that ?
Because if you feel you are participating you will have a greater interest in the outcomes.

3. Because it connect to each individual personal character, and there is no right or wrong, people can feel free to share
4. Because in the virtual meeting, people are less inactive between each other, by do this, people can open up the conversation easily, and get more fun    
5. because it is easy for people without any culture or life experience  burden
