-The governement is composed of a president, ministers, and managers who are all elected by the people, or a portion of the people.
-The president is the leader of the society. The whole population has the duty to vote for the candidate they want as their president so that everybody's interests are taken into consideration. The president's duty is to suggest changes, laws, and actions that concern more than one department. In fact, he does not have the power to directly make decisions; the people is invited to vote for or against the changes he suggests. In order to make it financially and practically possible to hold such referendums frequently, the people votes on an accessible and safe Internet platform.
-The rest of the government is divided into departments. Every department is linked to a job department and is led by a minister. The minister is chosen through elections by the people having a job linked to his department, since his duty is to suggest changes concerning his department. When an action is recommended, the people working in his department can use the virtual platform to express their opinion concerning the change. When actions are voted for, the ministers apply them.
-Each department also manages the companies linked to it, since all of them are State Corporations. Each company is managed by someone representing the department's minister. Because of financial and practical constraints, these managers are not elected; they are chosen by the minister.
-There are 26 departments such as those of education, agriculture, culture, and economic development.*
- The population can also suggest changes to the president and ministers. The government even uses propaganda posters and advertisement to encourage the citizens to share their requests. Obviously, recommending changes can also be done easily through the government's Internet platform.
