Christmas trunk recipe

MAKINGS:

For the dough:
100 g flour
100 g sugar
5 eggs
2 tablespoons ground almond
qb margarine to anoint
qb sugar to sprinkle
1 paper vegetable

For filling:
200 g sugar
5 egg yolks
1 dl milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 dl water

For coverage:
200 g chocolate
150 g softened butter
2 dl cream

PREPARATION:

1. Start by preparing the filling: Bring to the heat a pan with the sugar and water for 10 minutes and remove from the heat.

2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add to the sugar pan, also add the egg yolks, stir and bring back to the heat stirring constantly until boiling.

3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

4. Prepare the topping: Bring the cream to heat, bring to the boil, remove from the heat, add the chocolate into pieces, let stand for 10 minutes, stir well until a smooth cream is obtained and allow to cool.

5. Beat the butter until doubled the volume and add it to the chocolate mixture in wire and always beating until a smooth cream. Book.

6. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Cover the oven tray with baking paper and bar it with margarine.

7. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the egg whites and add the sugar gradually and beating until they are firm.

8. Add the yolks, beat another 5 minutes, add the sifted flour and almond and mix everything gently.

9. Lay on the lined tray, smooth and bake for 12 minutes.

10. Remove from the oven, unmold on top of a cloth sprinkled with sugar, allow to cool, discard the paper, spread the mixture of the filling on top, wrap with the help of the cloth and let stand for 30 minutes.

11. Remove the cloth, cut one end of the roll, place it on top, hold with toothpicks and bar the entire trunk with the chocolate mixture.

12. Decorate to taste and serve.

Ingredients used:
Sugar
flour
eggs
baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the sugar well with the yolks and add the flour and the egg whites beaten in castle.

2. Place the dough in small pans previously greased and sprinkled with flour and bake in the oven, without letting it toast.

3. Once ready, a lid-shaped wheel is removed and excavated, removing the core carefully, so as not to break the walls of the cake.

MAKINGS:
150 g flour
1 pinch of fine salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 beaten egg
2.5 dl milk
Grease oil

PREPARATION:
1.To prepare this recipe for pancakes, in a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, sugar and yeast. Add the melted butter, the beaten egg and then the milk, in thread and stirring always until a smooth dough.

2.Bring to heat a small skillet, preferably non-stick, let it heat and grease it with a little oil. Pour a spoonful of the previous mixture and let it cook on both sides, turning with a spatula, until browned. Remove and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.

3.Then serve the hot or warm pancakes with honey, jam or fresh fruit.

260 g flour
125 g sugar
3 eggs
5 dl semi-skimmed milk
65 g butter

Preparation:
1.In a bowl, mix the flour with sugar.

2.Add the eggs, one by one, and then 2 dl of milk. Mix well.

3.In a saucepan, bring to heat the remaining milk and butter. Set aside some butter to grease the pan.

4.When the butter melts, add to the previous mixture and mix well.

5.Turn on a waffle machine and grease with a little butter.

6.Pour a portion of dough. When it is golden on both sides remove.

7.Repeat the procedure until the dough is finished.

8.Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with jams, melted chocolate, honey or fruit.
