In this way, teacher will learn how to deal with each student and find new or better way to deliver the subject to the student.  Asking students to search for another sources besides what they learn in class regarding specific topic to broad their knowledge,  later discuss what they collect about that topic with what they learn in class, in another side keep them updated about the topic. And collecting extra information help them get more and more idea about particular topic. It starts from birth then continue. Human naturally curious creature who want to discover and investigate their surrounding environment. There is no limit for learning, so we cannot put boundaries for learners to follow specific method and apply the same method for all the learners. That will captivate them, make them less creative and acting like robot to just obey and do nothing, we need to raise creative generation.
For that reason using variety of methods for learning have been create, what we need is to apply those methods carefully since each learners have particular understanding for particular subject. For instance, we attend one of the video regarding the teaching method, when the teacher got the idea to give students freedom to choose the method they want, then the role of the teacher shift from teacher center to student center, and the teacher became a guid in a corner, a mentor to inspire and nourish students’ mind towards learning. Problem based learning support that idea in which students can identify a problem and depending on their knowledge find different solutions for the same problem and share their ideas, at the same time we can teach them by doing, not just by lecturing them theoretically without any practice. Since I attend one of the webinar about “Civic Universities” was presented by Prof.Olli Neimi from Finland, he said that; the best way of learning is through learning by doing, in this way the learning will be more effective. Another method were discussed during one of our sessions that left and impact on me which was story based learning, this method also effective since the learner will engage to the story and will be part of the subject. Also, in blended learning method teachers teach them how to work in team for a project or assignment will help them to comprehend the subject at the same time enhance them to collaborate together and this will be beneficial later in their life. Learning environment has a great role in the learning process. Which include both physical environments, networks and family of the students. For instance in class, the lessons should meet student’s interest, and that will be done through asking them questions, at least at the first week, let students introduce themselves, through this the teacher will have an idea how to interact with the students. Also give them orientation about what they can expect from teachers during the course and what are their responsibilities. And give them a tour around the school and show them the tools of learning like how to use data show, the screen, laboratory, library, cafeteria etc...Then depending on knowledge level of the students give them assignments, in a way that will not be too easy that make most of the students bored and not too difficult that make them lost.

Actually it is supports and enhances learning process. There are different types of assessment. Since we cannot apply the same assessment tool for different topics and evaluate all the students with the same tool. 
 In one of the reference mentioned that  " The assessment method to be effective  is should be; Reliable, Feasible, and have Educational impact". 
 For example, if one take a group of student and want to evaluate their knowledge for mathematic course and the same group for literature course it is not reliable to use the same assessment tool for the two different topics. Since each topic need specific tool for evaluation, even inside the same group it is not practical to apply the same way for all the students. Most of the mistakes of evaluation come from assessing different topics with the same method.
 Also the teacher should always remember the major goal for assessing students is" learning" not categorized them. Another example; It is okay in a particular school using specific method for science but in another school use different method for the same topic. Here the importance  and role of teacher comes how to deal with the topics and learners at the same time.
 In my opinion, the best assessment method should be before, at the middle, and at the end of each lecture or course depending on the time, resources, and number of the students.
 In this way, the evaluation will be accurate, consistent, and more practical. If it is possible to apply this method during each lecture that will guarantee the effective learning.

The best way for accurate assessing is through both of them. Before starting any course it is better to give the learners the specific Rubric sheet so they have clear vision about the outcomes from each course and prepare for what they expect form their instructor at one hand  and what their responsibilities at the other hand. In this way they assessed during the course they will not be surprised. Also motivating them to put a schedule for themselves accordingly. I want to highlight the point that pedagogical change in assessment is the great step towards making a good progress in effective learning in such away that would inspire the learners. In my opinion, one of the most difficult obstacles from shifting teacher centered to  student centered is pedagogical change in assessment, if one overcome this difficulty the other steps will be easy. For example; in student centered the teacher will work as a organizer and facilitator and the learners will participate in planning their  own assessment. Improve learners skills before assessing them one of the effective way of learning, by giving them assignments to discover their abilities. in such away the assessment  methods should be align with expecting outcomes.
In addition, during this module our teachers applied most of the assessment methods with us as we learned by practice not only theory which make this module more interesting and made each of us involved with each method and interact with the topics and be part of the whole process.

Regarding university campus which is related to each of (class room, research center, free Wi-Fi, library, laboratory, green area, cafeteria, transportation, health care, art gallery, theater, copy center, clean rest room, nursery care, etc..). . Another key point for effective learning is teacher’s character, not everyone have the natural ability to teach ( i.e teacher should have some basic skills of learning, like; tolerance to interact with all the students, communication skills, creativity in class, etc..)
To access all the necessary tools that mentioned above by specifying a budget to universities either by government or by university itself through gaining money from projects inside the campus (like building community centers inside the campus, banks) and serve that budget for providing an effective learning environment for students
