In this essay, I would like to draw some benefits and adverse impact of working at home style. https://padlet.com/aminesielts/Bookmarks/wish/2310584539 Undoubtedly, there are a lot of advantages when people work from home. Firstly, this working style allows people to save time of commuting to workplace which people can spend on family and bond the relationship with their family members. Secondly, because there is no need to travel to workplace so they definitely can save environment from harmful cause such emission from vehicles. 
Apart from the benefits mentioned above, people also have to struggle with disadvantages such as less connected with colleagues. In more detail, people often stay at home which often have a fence of green space and leading to lack of the connection and communication with their colleagues. On top of that, most of the time they sit in front of the computer or smartphone, hence, they can be a victim of sedentary lifestyle that even more than people are working in workplace.
