Add two post, The first one should be what differentiated routines you already have in place in your classroom, and second add a routine that we have read about this week that you would like to try to add to your classroom to practice more differentiation. Give suggestions to others who post.

I already use different routines for calling on students in class, I use cards to draw names so that I don’t call on the same kid all the time. If I see that a student who doesn’t normally share, has something different and would add value to what others in the class have, I prime that student so they are ready to share when it is time.

Procedures and Routine are in place and reminded before each activity takes place. Students understand how to transition to the table with me or with their group members. They also know the voice level (We use the number system 0 being silent to 3 being normal tone) I have created heterogeneous and homogeneous levels. Students also have choice boards and menus for some assignments.
