People like homosexuals, gypsies, political oppostion and especifically, jewish people. The Nazis had many methods to persecute, exterminate or simply pressure them. Started with the Nuremberg Laws (Protection of German Blood and German Honour) that tooked away the citizenship of jewish people. Continued with the Kristallnacht and the Ghettos, who were acts of violence and desolation towards jewish people, not only in Europe, also in Sudetenland and Czechoslovakia. 

Of course, in 1941, Hitler formed a group called the Einsatzgruppen that had a especific task: shoot the enemy. Between their victims, were homosexuals, gypsies, jews and political opponents. Hitler thought that there were more Jews in the street and he didn´t want them there. Started the plan of building concentration camps to keep them away form the "Aryan race".
