Pandu : In Indonesia, I think waste management issue is still belongs to certain society like environmentalist, NGO, even in Indonesian social media it famous with what they call SJW (Social Justice Warrior).
SJW are people who actively correcting, criticize, other people bad behavior, one of the behavior is related to waste issues.
Last year on October I attended one of biggest music festival in Jakarta Indonesia "Synchronize Fest 2019" where mostly cool people, concert goers, party people gathered to enjoy performances and entertainments. So, they started a really good inititives to combine the festival with sustainable lifestyle values. They forbid single use plastic bottle from outside but allow bottle tumbler when the visitors can refill with the free mineral water in water station. They also open the event in collaboratiom with cyclist community, and place segregated trash bins which after that will be managed with one of environmental NGO.

I think it was a really great momentum where cool people can be united with SJWs (and btw they have 112K followers in instagram) to start a simple movement to bring behavior change movement.
https://instagram.com/synchronizefest?igshid=fwm4bvqb1gfm
