         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most of the time when we are strong in our beliefs we seem to cramp up our own ideas and perceptions, we further get stuck in between our own barriers of knowledge, not allowing others views to interfere with ours. <br>By allowing contrasting perspectives to be introduced we enrich our own knowledge because we are open to new ideas that perhaps we wouldn’t allow entering our train of thought if it weren’t for an open discussion where opposing views are introduced. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a friend who is a Trump supporter and we always get into arguments about how Trump is or isn´t an LGBTQ+ phobe, xenophobe, racist, etc. </div><div>Even though I dont agree with him, the contrasting perspectives and the discussions reinforce my beliefs and make me realize the reasoning behing my knowledge and why I think as I do. </div><div>If i didnt allow him to present his views and simply block him out of my life i would be stuck in my own truth instead of allowing different prespectives to reinforce or build my knowledge. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Biases affect our judgment and block us from acknowledging others’ perspectives not allowing them to contrubuite on our personal growth. </div><div>Biases mess up with our perception, attention, memory, and actions however by managing these biases, product of non-nurturing contrasting ideas, we are able to expand our understanding allowing us to not be blinded by our own truth. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nurturing contrasting ideas bring value to our knowledge because it enriches our knowledge introducing us to a new set of ideas furthermore it prevents us from adopting biased views at the same time the contrasting perspectives guide us to a better understanding of our beliefs and the reasoning behind our knowledge. </div><div>Even if our ideas do not change the contrast between perspectives allows us to eventually hold a more solid understanding of diverse opinions, views, religions, lifestyles, etc.</div>]]></description>
