         <title>Check points for consistency across the district.  Maybe a rubric check chart.  Campuses may utilize the system at different degrees.  We need to find out if there are trends in times of the year for higher usage demands other than start of school/MOY/EOY?  Are there points when campuses  stop using certain supports, so adjusts should be made.  When is momentum greater or lesser  and in what areas of need...</title>

         <title>Perhaps campuses could submit a Problem of Practice, so if they do want visits, then they are specific to the feedback the campus is asking for, limited to one big thing.  This way, the feedback is supporting the campus on the thing they want help with, without involving too many constructs that can&#39;t be controlled - too many variables prevents them from fixing or isolating the area to revise with purpose.  </title>
