This year I'm grateful about all the progress and positive changes I have been able to achieve, not only in the work space, but also mentally and physically. I have been able to give myself the time to do the things I want to do.

Us getting along.

Most of the time this is not really an issue, but there are times when it seems like all we do is bump heads with each other.

Communication and Team building, we are not perfect at it, but considering we are all scatter around the different clinics, the efforts put it by everyone are noticeable.

I am grateful for all the challenges and growth I have done throughout the year. I have learned a lot about my self through my mental, physical and spiritual growth. Also learning to be grateful for the little things.

I'm thankful for all the beautiful moments I've lived this year so far, like the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Also thankful for the challenging/unexpected times that help me appreciate family so much more.

Communicating and assisting each other in areas we need help in. Vocalizing when one needs assistance or reaching out on the chat incase any one needs help and Showing up for each other.

I am not to sure at this moment what I would like to see within our team. I feel like we can have some hard times but we are great at addressing when things get a little hectic.

Learning how to draw boundaries. We all want to help (at least I like to think so), but we need to focus on our own tasks first before jumping in to help someone. It's ok to say no or say that we'd like to help but need to prioritize a task of our own.

I would like us to be more open to feedback among us and not only coming from a supervisor. The one giving the feedback can ask "can I make suggestion?" The person on the receiving end, if accepting the feedback/suggestion, should not take offense. This helps us avoid any strained relationships in the workplace.

I'm glad we get along with each other. We're able to have a good laugh and do team bonding activities without them always being related to work.

1-1 check ins and the frequency we have them at.
