Lessons learned

What did you learn in this exercise about your observations and interpretations? What did you learn about your group members?

What I have learned is that everything is not what it seems. Sometimes what I think is true cannot always be correct. Also, things I have seen may just be the upside while the downside is hidden under. Moreover, before coming to any conclusions about anyone's behaviors, i should analyse it through using DIE model for a deeper insight into problems and everyone's attitudes.
Through observation, I learned that i should not too stress out about the amount of work I have to finish. My groupmates are really positive and serious about their study. Importantly, they have the will to improve themselves through learning from each other.Furthermore, I should ask them more when I am not sure about my tasks and ask for help in need. Importantly, use time effectively and try to finish all tasks as soon as possible are required.
