         <description><![CDATA[<div>Seeing as how there are already strict rules in place to prevent these sort of occurrences, it is clear that students are willing to take the risk of plagiarizing no matter the consequences. The only possible solution that I could think of would be to change the academic system in a way that incentivizes students to generate original work as opposed to simply completing one of their many tasks.</div>]]></description>
