Steady and consistent, yet powerful and quick, crushing and twisting around your soul

Joy
Is a bounding kangaroo
Skipping quickly and with abandon
Through the lush savanna of the mind
Free and beautiful, full of energy and life.

What do you think happens
When the boy doesn’t wake
Does his momma scream
Does his best friend simply break
I wonder I question I breathe I take
You give glue to the perfect ones
And hope the other cracks go away
And they do they always do they fall they snap sometimes they break others too

So i wonder i question i breathe i take
Why are the broken ones the kindest you'll meet?
They hurt they scream they crawl they laugh at the breaks in their souls
And they carry you on their backs until they grow tired and old.

Traveling and searching on it’s own  
Confused and nervous to try new things, or to make mistakes, confused on where they fit in this world

8 billion people : a virus vacation.

An axe : negative a hundred trees.
A dam : the loss of most of a species.
One planet, now ridden with disease.
The Earth makes a final, desperate plea.

Euphoria
Is a beautiful white dove
Elegant, she moves with graceful strides
Atop a high mountain peak, for all to see but few to reach.
She is the pride of the animal kingdom, but never too proud to show herself.

Satisfaction
Is a majestic lynx
He lives not in a grand longhouse, but in a hand-built shack
While all long for him, he longs for nothing more than what he has.
