Now I will talk about some problems related to working conditions in my factory. Firstly, the company uses artificial light instead of sunlight for the line.  I think it's not good for the workers' eyesight. They should add windows and keep  them clean for more effective use of daylight. Secondly, the chair is too high for the table. The worker has to bend your back all day. It would be better if the factory provided a footrest under the table . So they can rest their legs on it whenever they feel like stretching their legs. Finally, the company should provide labeled boxes for needles, bobbin, buttons, hooks, threads and other small tools on each working  table so that the working space is always neat and easy to get.  I hope those conditions will improve as soon as possible.

The country’s manufacturing production was 10% and the country’s total exports was 11.5% in 2016. The contribution to Vietnam's GDP is 5% with 2.5 million employees. Vietnam has environmental advantages, Stable political environment and Availability of a quality labor force. The key challenges could be high dependence on imports for machinery equipment, raw materials and accessories. there will be a rise of 12-14% in production capacity from 2016 to 2020. I am going to talk about the preparation for a job interview. Firstly, you need to analyze the job to know the company's products and services, history or working culture. Second, It's important to know where you need to go for your job interview- ahead of time. That way, you’ll avoid running late to the interview. Use google maps or another app to get direction if you’re not sure where you are going. Thirdly, you need to take care of your appearance when coming to the interview such as formal clothes, neat hair. In addition,  make sure you remember what you have written on your CV to answer interview questions better. Next, you should take the time to practice answering interview questions you will be asked during a job interview. This will help give you a chance to prepare and practice answers. Then, you should think about the salary that you want to negotiate with the employer and you should research the company, list the jobs and responsibilities you have to do when working in that position to be able to pay. Finally, you need to be confident, calm and intelligent to solve questions and situations during the interview. If you prepare all of the things you will have a good interview.

I am a senior student at Hanoi University of  Industry. My major is garment technology and fashion design. The strength that I have when studying in the major is that I can sew well and know whether the product meets the technical requirements. It has helped me a lot with my work.
