Philip Shragy Abramowitz graduated with high honors from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, where he focused his studies on math, science, and Talmud. He later earned a master's degree in Talmud at Beth Medrash Govoa.

In his early career, Mr. Abramowitz served as the owner and president of Ultimate Eyewear LLC from 2000 to 2011. He oversaw the company’s provision of examinations and eyewear inventory for sale. He also developed specialty glasses for customers requiring eyewear to completely shield their eyes.

Since 2009, he has served as an investor at SD Investments, where he identifies undervalued real estate opportunities, secures short-term funding for acquisitions and renovations, oversees construction crews until project completion, and then refinances with long-term fixed loans. Since 2020, he has overseen SD Contracting, LLC, as president. In this role, he oversees the revitalization of clients’ investment properties.
