I'm not really sure because it could've been me just knowing I was dreaming but it felt like I was because I remember a lot of it and that normally doesn't happen, in fact it doesn't happen at all! I also think part of the reason I suspected it was a lucid dream was because I remember that in my dream I wanted to fly to the moon, for whatever reason, and I did! I actually flew to the moon! My dream self doesn't normally listen to my actual self so it was definitely a surprise for me when that happened. But also, the funny thing is, is that I HATE flying. I do not like it whatsoever, and it's funny to me that I wanted to do it in my dream. Maybe I've overcome that little fear? I hope that I have this experience again because honestly, it was great having control of your own dream for once; I have a feeling that it won't unless I work myself up to it though...

I remember bits and pieces but not the whole thing like in my "lucid" dream. This one was set at school and I guess I got mad or I was angry or something, and so I decided it would be a good idea to burn the school down. In the dream, I got away with it (would not get away with that if this was real) and everyone thanked because let's face it, who wouldn't want school to be shut down for some reason. Anywaaaayyyy... whenever I have a weird dream that doesn't make any sense to me, I just remember the quote from Cinderella: "A dream is a wish your heart makes," so basically I want the school to burn down...lol I do but I don't at the same time. I think I had this dream probably because I was stressed out with school work, so having the dream was actually really therapeutic. I don't actually feel that stressed anymore. Who knew dreams could help you through tough times?

I normally don't remember the whole thing, but I don't usually not remember anything so this is a little weird for me. Like, I do know that I was dreaming because I don't believe in not dreaming. You're ALWAYS dreaming, regardless if you think you're not, you are. But that's just me. I heard about this civilization that were related to Atlantis, and they said that they didn't dream at all. What?! That's impossible. I will personally conduct a test to prove that. Of course, that will probably take forever...that's disappointing.

I literally could not wait to write about this right when I woke up!! This dream was soooooooooooooooooo much better than last weeks not only cuz I can remember it, but because it was so freakin AWESOME. Okay so...I had a dream that I was supposed to save the human race because I was like the chosen one or whatever they call it these days. Yeah it was really weird at first but I got into it really fast. I don't really remember what I was supposed to save the world from, but I know it had something to do with the Apocalypse and the world ending. And the best part was (that I could remember) was fighting in these battles and lemme tell ya, I had some awesome moves that I really wish I could do in real life but sadly, only dream me could do that. The only bad part about this dream was that it ended so quickly. Probably because I was having a good night's rest. I really hate when that happens and you're having a good dream and then you wake up, like today. Getting back to my dream, I saved the world and they honored me and it was great. I wish I had more dreams like that because that would be like watching a movie every night.

Last night, I remember having a normal dream, like I was going to school and going through my normal routine and when I woke up I thought, why did I dream about that? Then the question of why do we really dream followed right after. I wanna do some research but I know I'm not gonna find anything and if I do find something, it's going to be something along the lines of "we don't really know the reason but a bunch of things can alter how you dream." I already know this information, like how insomnia makes you have disturbing dreams and makes it easier to recall them. I think when I get older, I wanna study dreams, they seem interesting and I wanna know if it actually has something to do with the brain or it has a deeper meaning.
