Living Conditions in the 1930s was unsatisfactory as houses were poorly built and were closely crammed near to one another in streets. Houses were often very small with lack of basic services like proper waste disposal, clean water and toilets. They housed up to thirty people in situations where 10 people are squeezed into one tiny room with no proper ventilation. Different Social Classes were treated differently based on their status, and often the lower class like coolies were treated as such with very poorly built houses. While, Upper social classes were treated differently with relatively better and more satisfactory housing with better amenities around it and basic services.

1 Change that should be made is the pricing of housing. Pricing of housing fluctuates from the market price. But I feel that housing should have a constant price and that everyone's deserves a roof over their to call their own even if they are not able to afford. In a competitive city it is hard to keep up with the economy. Therfore, i hope housing which is a basic nessecity. Should be rationalized wher every citizen should have a home to own and stay in.
