Comparison with Disney's Cinderella

Compared Disney's Cinderella, Tam and Cam was very different. Although they had the same idea and same foundation of a step family who mistreats her even the name of the story is different than Cinderella. Tam and Cam takes place in Vietnam with only one step sister and in this story there was no ball where they fall in love. Also there was death vs revival archetype in this story.

"Jealousy, Jealousy" reminds me of the characters in the film. Especially the line "Co-comparison is killing me slowly

I think, I think too much". The comparison between Tam and Cam throughout the story was very apparent. Which literally ends up killing Tam multiples time.

Throughout the story Tam was killed multiple times but she had reincarnated again. Meaning that she came back to life. Throughout history and to this day Buddhism has been the main religion in Vietnam. In Buddhism the way you treat others and your lifestyle determines your outcome for the afterlife and what you reincarnate to.
