Which commandment has been violated the most?

It's easy to believe that the 1st Commandment of Computer Ethics is most likely the most common commandment to break. The reason for this is because we live in a world that is very reliant on technology, even for the social components of our lives. This may include networking, online dating, etc. And cyberbullying is a result of people's dependency on the technology they use. A big influence for this is through social media as well.

They occur because people can be very selfish and that they want things to be as easy and convienent for them as possible, regardless of who they end up hurting. There could be examples of violating computer ethics in more extreme cases, such as invasion of privacy or anything in the workplace environment. And in these types of cases there is always someone deliberately violating these policies for their own self-serving needs.

Well because of our reliance on technology nowadays, and how that's going to be the case even more in the future, there isn't much to do except to set standards for violating computer ethics much higher. This is mainly obtainable in the workplace environment but can also be incorporated in personal lives as well. Parents could set more restrictions for their kids and family members could be more cautious in what keep on their computer and so on. Overall, it should not be taken lightly when these policies are disrespected and the only way to keep that from happening is to be more strict.
