This article stuck out to me as I was skimming through multitudes of websites that explained arbitration and how it works. Although this was not written with arbitration as the sole point of focus, I found it to be a beneficial read. This article talks about the importance of those in the field of alternative dispute resolution to personalize dispute resolution depending on their client's specific situation. This article was very different from others on the web; and was entertaining to read, with analogies to the New England Patriots used to further the reader's understanding and enjoyment.
