Ask specific questions to solidify a career title outside of education (general workforce) so both parties will know.

Then with coach, identify 3 strengths and 3 “weaknessess” (challenges) that tutor can work on honing into or improving throughout the year with LF. 

Throughout year, coach can ask tutor about the 3+3 they discussed previously. Coach is continuously providing feedback on tutors experience/situations.
