No it has not changed, I still feel as we don’t have enough info, and I would have a conversation with the admin first, and to find a solutions/action plans

My position didnt change- I would need more information to take a step like that and would prefer doing something like setting up a meeting and discussing the situation before committing to a project like that

While the opposition presented some good points, my opinion did not change because I still believe the lack of information regarding the situation makes it difficult to co-sign.

My opinion remains the same as students’ well being should be our top priority. If youth protection then judges this case to no be a problem, then at least it was assessed.

Yes my opinion changed, I do still think that with the right amount of detail and I formation I would co-sign but it is circumstantial. I think there could be other ways of supporting the teacher without co-signing first.

I did not change my mind because I still think that this is the most respectful way to go about change. I don’t find it to be insubordination to want to change regulation, insubordination (in my opinion) would be if the teacher would be to continue to file the reports.

I do understand why some wouldn’t be willing to co-write but I feel like there is a lot of information missing for everyone to make it an informed decision.

I now wouldn’t co-sign because there are many other ways to advocate for being cautious, and how taking a rather extreme approach immediately could make future reports less credible.
