         <description><![CDATA[<div>I prefer to be called Anderson, but Andy is also OK!<br><br>Varied in English teaching across three countries and continents.<br><br>The students are the whole reason we are in the schools, to understand them is to understand our purpose in our role as educators and teachers.&nbsp;<br><br>So far in the program, I believe that I have learned the most from my cohort, and also from the learning support teacher I interviewed last week. I am looking forward to learning more from our group as we move forward, and from the other teachers at my school in Norway, when I have the opportunity to include them within the program's activities.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
