In terms of our work here, I think empowering families to engage with the school as advocators, collaborators, innovators, decision makers through funding opportunities (having them lead professional development workshops, bring their business to the school events, etc), take more leadership roles on committees through access/equity measures (expanding zoom schedules/technology barriers, taking the load off teachers by utilizing teams).
