I remember that as a child, we would watch short learning videos on how important certain things were or how many beats a heart makes per minute. Just little educational videos give the children a short break and they always get excited for a little "movie time".

Something that could work, which was used in my school--is the use of just dance for a fun full classroom exercise. Either that or finding fun workout videos for specific topics

That is an excellent question I had never considered. I would have to agree with the other posts on games like "Just Dance" to get the kids moving. Video workout or like the video in this lesson suggested to set a video camera and television so kids evaluate their technique in doing certain exercises.

One thing that you could do is mirror how health products use technologies (i.e. peloton using immersive videos). This could be done with say finding a fitness routine video for the kids to go along with. From here, you could also lead into how there is a fair bit of potential misinformation on social media about health-related topics (i.e. how your body should progress when losing weight or going for muscles).
