our group wanted to write about an aspect in music that we all felt. Liveliness is the push a song gives you to get up and do something.. Songs that make you want to get up and dance, or jump, or scream are all proof that liveliness exists.

Since my childhood this song has made me jump around and pretend to mosh. I would always head bang and air drum to this song. My mom even told me that when this song came out she remembers drumming on her steering wheel and screaming along with all the lyrics. This song is my favorite example of liveliness that we used. "
These rocking songs know exactly what to do to make their listeners thrash around."

Almost all of rage against the machines songs make me want to riot and fight someone. I feel like this song is the perfect example of an angry song and perfectly "manifest what angst is" Killing in the name is a great, rocking song that that portrays your inner teen angst no matter what age you hear it at.
