         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Augmentative and alternative communication (</strong>AAC) systems are generally considered when speech is inadequate for a person to communicate effectively, Augmentative communication includes methods and devices that supplement existing verbal communication skills to enhance the communication skills that the individual already exhibits.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Alternative communication</strong> refers to techniques that substitute for spoken communication for those individuals who appear unable or unlikely to develop spoken language skills</p><p><strong>Fluency support</strong></p><p>delayed auditory feedback equipment has been found to aid the fluency of some who stutter.
