This allows younger students who are not fortunate enough to earn scholarships for school and even complete internships for jobs. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Countries such as Denmark have a homeless percentage of 0.1 percent thanks to their housing first policy which helps people of the age between 18-24 off the streets who were victims of substance abuse and even commited crimes.
