We have had several conflicts but haven't let that deter us, which truly showcases our ability to survive. As humans, we have taken the opportunity to understand each other, which has lead to scientific and moral discoveries beyond our ancestors' wildest dreams. We have rovers on Mars, the United Nations, and countries that are basically petri dishes of different cultures.
