I like these media because they have extraordinary and unique characteristics that interest me. These media have greatly influenced my life and daily activities because as soon as I wake up, I already use these media to help me, such as reminding me of the tasks I need to accomplish, giving me information or the current news, boosting my mood when I listen to music and provides entertainment. These media already have a massive part in my whole self that I think is becoming unhealthy. At times, I have difficulty letting go of my phone; consequently, I become more unproductive and can't finish my tasks. It dramatically affects my attitude and my mental health. Thus, to change and become a wise media consumer and producer, I must take action to avoid upcoming problems, such as making a schedule of when I will be using media for my entertainment. Limiting the time of my media consumption will possibly help me get more insight into my to-do list and have a proper amount of rest.
