         <description><![CDATA[<div>PASS &amp; MERIT <br>The Cotswolds appeals to families, couples and elderly visitors. They offer many different activities and experiences to do here. <br>Cottages are very popular form of accommodation in the Cotswolds as this is the most popular form of houses and buildings in the Cotswolds. Manor Cottages are a very highly trusted holiday cottage agency that offers accommodation for families, groups or even couples. All different accommodation to fit individuals needs, family cottages usually have 4 or more rooms and have cots, high chairs and children's beds available. Pets are allowed in many of these properties, this will meeting the needs of pet owners. Smaller options for couples would be accommodation such as lodges, yurts or cabins. smaller cottages are also available. The Cotswold also have many hotels with spa facilities which could appeal to couples and romantic getaways (child free), these hotels tend to be more of a luxurious stay compared to a cottage setting that may be more family friendly.<br>The Cotswold have a numerous amount of food and drink facilities. They have restaurants, cafes, bars, food stalls and a food a drink festival every year. The food and drink business in the area (especially cafes) are mostly independently owned by the local people however they're a few franchises/chains that will also be available. An example of a local cafe in the Cotswold is Sugar and Spice, this cafe offer tea, coffee, other hot drinks and deserts. They also offer light bites (sandwiches). This may appeal more to older people however it could also appeal to anyone who may enjoy afternoon tea. But i would say the majority of customers at this cafe would be elder people due to the products and services provided. <br><br>The Cotswold has many activities and entertainment and attractions to offer whilst meet the needs of different customer types; therefore making people wanting to visit this particular AONB. <br>Walking hikes in groups or singles are also very popular in the Cotswold and people come here specifically for that purpose. Customers who are interested in outdoor activities will be attracted to the Cotswold as its full of nature and have facilities available. Cotswold adventures has guided tours around the cotswold, the customer can decide if they would like to hike or cycle, trip adviser reviews are positive and people enjoy the guided tours.<br>Families are the top customer type that would enjoy this location and come here as they have many facilities and activities to be done here. A huge number of accommodation in the Cotswold can accommodate and provide the facilities for families. Adam Henson's Cotswold farm park is an enjoyable day for the whole family, petting, feeding and taking care of the animals is what the children can interact with here. They can also participate in the maze, farm safari, wildlife walk and adventure barns. They also have special events that happen here such as learning how to hand-milk cows and shearing sheep. This particular farm could also appeal to educational visitors in primary schools when educating about animal life. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Accommodation in the Lake district all depends on the customer type and their capacity also. There are many different form of accommodating customers in this location as its a national park.<br>Tent Camping is very popular and the cheapest form of accommodation, this is great for families as they will only have to pay a fee for the space being used. In a hotel you would usually pay per person sleeping. This will allow the family to spend money on other things as part of their holiday/ short trip. All different location in the Lake district are specifically for tents and paying residents only. There are strict rules and monitoring that happens to make sure the safety of their customers whilst camping, this will be especially important for families and may attract them more to choose this destination. <br>Caravan parks are also available next to the campsites all around the lake district area. This would also be suitable for families who own a caravan and they still get the camping experience. Shops and restaurants and cafes are located in the surrounding areas. small shops are located on caravan and campsites that will sell essentials like milk, butter, bread, wood and matches etc. This will make it easier for families to get their essential needs whilst on holiday. They also have showers and washing up rooms located on site free of use for the campsite customers. Yurts, pods and lodges are also available, these could appeal more to romantic couples who want to experience something different to standard camping. Some of these include beds, showers and even TV facilities. This may also appeal to older people who still want to experience camping but are no longer fit enough to sleep on mattress' or sleeping bags. The standard of luxury all depends of the type of accommodation picked and the price will vary too. Family sized cabins are also available and some can be animal friendly too. <br>Walking is very popular in the Lake districts with dedicated hikers coming to this destination yearly to climb mountains and explore the district. This can be done in groups or singles, people can get together to do specific walks and routes (Buttermere Walk). This would appeal to middle-aged customers who enjoy hiking, fitness and exploring. This could attract these types of customers to the lake district as it allows them to walk alongside local professionals who know the routes and can inform you on facts/knowledge about the area. The lake district also offer education workshops, talks and activities for schools and colleges. They offer workshops that match educational criteria whilst learning outside the classroom. Facilities like classrooms and eating rooms and services are available for educational groups specifically. The fact the lake district can accommodate education groups it will mean that customers will choose to come here as they offer education and fun for their class children. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What can you do?<br>Formby is famous and best known for its beach and pinewoods. Formby beach is ideal for families as they have parking facilities, parking areas and marked paths to the beach, sand dunes and the woods. The Formby pine woods is a great place for families as they offer interactive signage as your walking through the woods, this includes sensory and visual interactions. The woods also have signage with information about habitats and wildlife. This will allow the families to learn whilst spending the day here. <br>Formby also has a lot of food and drink facilities in the area. including restaurants and traditionally English pubs. This will be ideal for the families who want to get something to eat after their walk in the pine woods. Formby village is ideal for older people with charity shops and cafes located here, these products and services are suitable for this type of customer and would appeal to them. <br>Formby also have a paintballing experience that would mostly appeal to young adults and large groups. They offer overalls for extra protection, guns, a limit of paintballs, food and drinks facilities are also available. <br>Formby hall hotel and spa offer spa facilities as well as accommodation. This may appeal for couples who want a romantic getaway. They offer couples rooms with champagne and rose petal decorations including chocolates. They offer spa and gym facilities. They also offer rooms for families with interconnecting rooms or family sized rooms. Formby hall also offers facilities for golf customers, this can be included in the price of the room and customers will either purchase equipment or bring their own. </div>]]></description>
