US History Fair Research: Taking 1-2 days in the library as part of the research process. Teen Librarian leads a lesson on how to conduct research/find books, and then actually checking the books out and using them to supplement research.

Other LFs have had some usage of the library such as research and lab work.

Library visits take up time (getting there and returning).

Prioritizing library usage is not high on the list.

Realistically speaking, forcing a library visit does not serve the needs of the scholars or academic purposes.

The IDEA lab seems to be the best option to take time out of the classroom and visit the library.

The library sponsors daily events. Is it possible to take scholars to official library events that are sent out as 'mini-field trips' during the school day OR have scholars walked to those that take place after the day?
