Some people in the middle ages were called lords and had higher authority then everyone else and had peasants and people that worked for them. There was another type of peasant that would be considered a "slave" because they couldn't leave the lords manor and authority and were forced to work for him and work in the feilds. If you decided to look closer at the way that peasants lived you would notice they lived in a small house with a few animals that would be used for cooking and food needs but also there would be a lot of children because in the middle ages people liked to have a lot of children but im not quite sure the reason of it. While the lords and ladies have the most power and can do what they want they live great and have peasants to do and hold stuff for them.And all i know today that the survival skills back then were way worse then the survival skills that we have now.
