I tend to not speak up when something is wrong because I'm afraid. I have horrible social anxiety when it comes to knew people and am extremely awkward. I feel if I do speak up when something is wrong or I feel hurt, that I will only hurt the people around me. I can also have pretty bad trust issues because so many people have broken my trust. My brain has a sense that someone is always going to talk behind my back. I have had way too many people in my life betray me. Trying to talk to to people out of my friend group is a challenge that i face all the time. I used to find it so easy to find people to talk to, but now it almost feels impossible. Ive been hurt to much by people ive learned not to waste my time on.
