What kinds of people do I identify myself with?

Some people that I identify myself with are hardworking individuals who are motivated to do the right thing and reach their goals/dreams. The group that hang around with says a lot about yourself which can impact your decisions from the point on. I take this very seriously because who wants to hangout with a bunch of losers sitting on their xbox or phone eating chips all day. Being around people that are motivated, funny, smart, and dedicated then you are able to achieve what ever you want in life. Another reason why I identify with these people is that we have known each other our whole lives and have seen each other make mistakes but grow from it learning so much about our selfs we have never really thought about before until you start to take action in your life. Obviously i love to have fun and do a little partying but thats where you need to find people that are able to balance these things without the feeling of anxiety or being stressed out.

How has media/technology impacted my life?

Technology is something that many generations did not experience and I am talking about smartphones. At first, you think that technology is a great thing bringing lots of people together from all around the world. But from being a teen growing up with this I had definitely felt an impact negatively. After a couple of years of owning a phone, I realized quickly how addicted I had become to video games and videos wasting so much of my valuable time as a teenager. The increase in downtime is horrible for kids not being able to live in the real world but being comfortable laying in bed for hours a day. I have noticed an increase in anxiety from this seeing different things all over the internet that either you don't have or is traumatic. Filling a kid's head with this information can be the downfall, being so lazy that they wouldn't even have to get out of bed. But I had used this to take action for myself and fight the emotions I felt to keep myself on track, as well as not joining the others

What kinds of things does your family want from you?

My family expects a lot from me, they realize how messed up my generation is involving smartphones, COVID-19, stripping our rights away, etc. My family is not known as the traditional family. My brother is a drug addict and is so lazy he can not hold himself to clean one dish or work a day of his life. My sister is nevertheless a straight-A student attending Kentucky. My oldest brother is 27 and still living at home as a waiter. So my expectations for my family are very high, especially from my father. He expects me to be in charge of the house when he is gone without any problems. He expects me to become the best version of myself every day. He shows me each day how knowledge is so important that no one can take that from you. He expects me to be very successful more than he has ever been. Finally, my family expects a lot out of me knowing how diverse our family really is with personality, and two of them already showing lots of downfall in their life or laziness.

What does success mean to me?

Success to me means does not just mean money or lots of cars. When I think of success I think about the feeling of being able to completely take care of your parents in a luxury home or to get my sister that dream car she always wanted. Ultimately success is breaking through the I can't do it phase and really having control over your own life knowing that your have built that. I do think of success as being able to treat myself with things that would make me happy. A huge house that i can grow my family up in knowing they will be financially free able to have a non restricted life based on money. Success is the meaning of growing even further then you have initially thats why when you look at all these millionaire they all look so confident or look intimidating it's because they all have been through something to get to where they are today.

What is the most important thing in my life?

The most important thing in my life is definitely family. Family means so much to me, knowing that my parents and their parents have done so much for you to be here right now. This really humbles you and directs you to a purpose in life, family is what keeps you going even when you know you do not want to do, when it gets so hard you cant walk anymore. Another thing about family is that they will always be there for you every step of the road and teaching you things that you may of thought you would never need to know. With the high hopes they have for me it motivates me to prove them right or wrong depending on who it is because every son wants to make their parents proud of them for what they have achieved under their name. A persons family can tell you all about how their life was growing up.

Why are sports/clubs so important to you?

Sports our so important to me and have been an aspect of my life from the beginning. I can truly say that I would not be where I am today without all my previous coaches, etc. From a young child you don't really know what is wrong or what is right. Sports like football are like boarding schools in a way training yourself at home, going to practice, playing games, and making connections. This is what shapes you from being a child to being grown. You grow up with the same group of dudes that you had started with and fight through hell together bringing you so close together like a family. When things get really hard and you feel like you can't do anymore you have your coaches or your teammates that all have your back, motivating you. This is whats so beautiful about sports it's the ability to bring random people with the same interest and making them so close they cannot be broken like chain linked together, this is how you win games. That is why I love sports.
