Can lead to Productive Failure.</p></li><li><p>Destructive Criticism: general, inconsiderate, and threatening. Results indicate that participants who received constructive feedback reported lower anger and tension and higher goals and self-efficacy than those who received destructive feedback.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
