Allowing states to have more representatives by their population meant, more people, more vote. Allowing a fair trial and freedoms makes it a government "of the people, by the people, for the people." The branches of government make sure that every law/issue is taken care of properly with many opinions and votes. It's not a dictatorship, people actually have a word in this government. - Ethan S

I agree that they did create a government that was "Of the the people, by the people, and for the people." I say this because we have many different rights that are protected in the Constitution. They also make it pretty fair for the states who might not have much of a population as larger states. I believe that if we were to erase some of the amendments you would see a huge difference. You would notice that you might not have as much "freedom" as we once had. We can definitely thank those leading delegates such as George Washington, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, James Wilson and so many more

People get to vote on who they want making laws and running the government so everybody has a say in what happens. Lastly they did this by giving every citizen 10 basic rights (amendments) so that everyone knows what rights they have such as freedom of speech

The Constitution did create a government “Of the people, by the people and for the people" It is obvious because every single part that slowly unfolded into the government of the United States was for the people. For example, Checks and Balances, the three branches of the government all have their powers over one another, this helps protect the citizens in so many different ways. If the president wanted to pass a law ordering everyone to do something unconstitutional, the Judicial Branch can declare his acts unconstitutional and prevent him from doing so. Also, the Bill of Rights is a phenomenal example of "for the people". The Amendments provide the people fair rights that can benefit them in a different sorts of ways. For example, if a person wanted to debate something in public, they are able because of the freedom of speech. Finally, with the Financial Plan, today, without this there would be no banks for people to store their money. - ANDREW C.

At the time the government was created, they made it "Of the people, by the people, for the people" back then the head leaders were very concerned that the citizens did not want to be run by a monarchy. They created checks & Balances between branches so things would be fair among a broad spectrum of people. But for today's modern society power is abused to risk the lives of people, animals, nature, etc. The constitution needs to be revamped for the people!

The constitution created a government "of the people, by the people, for the people." The constitution did this by creating the bill of rights, separation of powers, and checks a balances. The bill of rights gives us rights that can never be taken away from us. Separation of powers allows us to elect who we want to be our president. Separation of powers also allows there to be three different groups, legislative, judicial and executive, all three are important. They use checks and balances to make sure that not one branch has more power than another.

The Constitution did create a government “Of the people, by the people and for the people" . This is evident with how the Great Compromise created our legislative branch, because of those 2 different branches everyone gets a voice no matter what state you lice in. Then there is the 1st amendment which allow the people to speak out even at the governments expense. Which means it puts people before government. Finally there are all the checks and balances to keep each branch from running out of control. This protects the people from an abusive government, which is again putting people before government.

The Constitution created a government "Of the people, by the people, for the people." One way they did this was by creating the 3 branches of government. Separating the powers in the government is great for the people by giving the government less power and hard for them to govern. The second reason is the bill of rights. By giving the people these freedom like the right to bears arm and the right to the press and even the freedom of speech. The citizens can believe in and say what ever they want without getting in trouble with the government. Lastly my last reason is checks and balances this is another way they were thinking about the people because each branch have strengths and weakness over each other making it impossible for one branch to take of the government and the country.

The Constitution did in deed create a government “Of the people, by the people and for the people". One way they did this way by creating the bill of rights. the bill of rights supported the people because it gave the people necessary rights that everyone agreed with while at the same time limiting the governments power so that they didn't too much power over everyone. While talking about the separation of power, the second way that the constitution created a well formed government was by separating power between 3 branches. This creates a sure way of making influential decisions and providing the states with comfort knowing that and new laws being made or decisions being made are being reviewed by many people and being deeply considered. The third reason the constitution developed a government to benefit us is creating a national bank, which prevents other smaller banks from scamming the public, once again just providing citizens with more assurance and comfort.

This was proven by the system they had created with the branches as well as the ten amendments that helped the citizens feel very protected, because every single person had the same rights. Also, the branches create a great way to work for the people by creating laws that make life better, as well as they focus on people's rights and it also keeps every part of government in check, which is very good because decisions can be made easily and the right decision is made for everyone!

I think that yes, the constitution did create a government "Of the people, by the people, for the people." The main way that they did this was the Bill Of Rights. The bill of rights allows for the "people" or the citizens to have rights that cannot be harmed by the government. Since the rights always have to be protected, it was made "for the people." The Federalist and anti federalists had a say in the rights, so it was "by the people," and it is "of the people" because they can vote to have a say in things.

The bill of rights is a safeguard for the people and the rights of the people. An example of this is the amendment Freedom of Religion this means the government may not force you to accept one religion or any religion you are free to worship who you want when you want. Another thing the constitution contributed to was the separations of powers between branches, each one keeps the other in check referencing checks and balances one has no more power then the others protecting the liberties of the people and giving everyone fair and effective says
