They thought Kaitlin Audrey sounded better than Claire Audrey or Sarah Audrey. Although it is my legal name, they have never called me Kaitlin. I don’t really have a verified story behind my name. I generally think my name is simply a common name in our society and my parents gave myself and my two other brothers “A” names (Aaron and Adam). 

Generally Andrew is a biblical name that stems in Catholicism and other similar religious practices.

My middle name is shared with the first name of my grandfather on my father’s side of the family. 

My last name is from Scottish origins.

For my case, those options were Nicholas or George. There was a promise to name me George, but my grandfather Nicholas pass away from lung cancer. To honour him, and name me Nicholas, would mean to break the family promise. To avoid dispute, my parents agreed to break the tradition and name me after 2 things:
1. The name of the church they were married in. 
2. The biblical figure 'The Archangel Michael'
