Therefore students who have an ability in those subjects might be set aside instead of being taught how to flourish. In addition, many students might even be too shy to perform well at school. Researches have shown that the majority of bright students perform better alone rather than around others.
Moreover, while academic accomplishment could be used to make a person's record look brighter, it is still worthless with the advancement of technology. Rather than making workers memorize all the formulas, technology could do that for them. This means future career won't be just studying and memorizing for a test like in academic school, instead it will focus more on communication and behavior.
