I have strong clean cut and precise ideas and I try to execute as accordingly. I also like working in teams, because I believe that two heads are better than one - with a strong belief in the power of collaboration.

Weakness: Not knowing how to cope with people who don't reciprocate hard work. I can be a bit lazy sometimes, especially if I am not feeling motivation that day to do any work (This hasn't happened in over two months, so I guess it shouldn't reoccur). I can e too hardworking and let the stress of work get to me, which I take out on others.

Opportunity: This is going to increase my professional understanding of how to help brands by coming up with a highly strategic plan to help promote and give further understanding. Also, working wth styling students would be very exciting on the creative aspect, having to rainstorm and come up with some of the most visually aesthetic work that would give the brand a better image, but also boost their promotion and sales.

Threats: The only possible threat I can imagine is if the person who I get to work with is not understanding or on the same creative wave length as I am. This would really harm the quality of work that I can potentially produce, and also 🤬 my vibe and excitement to create and produce.

- Fashion is the second most polluting industry after oil 
- She conducted a little test where she put up 6 figures that represent different industries
- Cotton is responsible for one of the biggest environmental catastrophes on the earth biggest of it's consumption of water. 
- People suffered from the disappearance of the sea - when the sea wiped out, there was vegetation and a large scale of Greenland, but due to the lack of sea and no absorption o the heat or little water, the green vegetation died out, and since the trees no longer exist, there are no form of natural wind breakers, which cause a lot of fast sand storms - they contain pesticides from cotton farms and other diseases. Increasing the amount of illnesses such as tuberculoses, High blood pressure, and even cancer. According to a doctor, this used to be rare, but now there is a massive increase, and most especially to people who're poverty stricken. Thousands of people also lost jobs for fishing due to the wiped out sea. 
- The enormity of the problem has affected so much, such as employment, created a lot of public crisis as well, the weather and the seasons. 

- Did a test where she showed people how much water it takes to grow cotton. 22,000 litres 

- Very informative; definitely given me ideas and how to approach certain situations when I conduct the focus groups and how we as the consumers push the people producing our clothes to come through a more sustainable way. QUESTIONS:

1. What was it like working at Joseph?

A: It was quite a hostile environment

2. What was the Marketing Strategy and Team like?

A: They had no marketing strategy; especially for the men's side, there was no investing in them.

3. What was the average span of workers who worked there?

A: People stayed for about 2-3 years.

4. What was the office space like?

A: The UK office from what I knew was not conducive at all and did not encourage creative growth and thinking for the workers - especially for myself. Also, it was very unorganised.


5. Is the brand sustainable in any way ?

A: No, not at all.


6. Did they have a CSR? If yes, what was it? 

A: No, they don't. It would be good for them to start off small, or at least have a cause they'd stand for.


The participant had to stop the conversation from here, as he was getting emotional and slightly rattled thinking about his experience with the brand.


This can also e seen (the hostility with the staff), and how disorganised they are as well.
