Since most of these evaluation studies addressed nation-wide stakeholders in Turkey, nearly three fourths of the studies were published in the Turkish language. Yet, an increase in the percentage of the studies published in the English language was seen as well. While the studies evaluating the 1997 ELTP published in English was only 24%, this rate increased to 32% the in the last ELTP change. (Erarslan, 2018)
