Eddie only did this one time and stated that he returned the phone. He also has no criminal records. Eddie should be grounded at home and maybe sent to a jail/prison like they do on t.v to see the kind of punishment he would be getting to scare him to NOT do it again. J.D. has a certain amount of felonies that the government should be worried about that he could do something worse than just shoplifting and what he has done before. So if you punish them the same, they would react differently. We rest our case. This matters because JD has done more of the crime so he should do more time, this means that if they had an equal punishment it would be less fair to Radio Shack because JD has already shoplifted from them twice. This is Eddie's first time there.
