إن حالة الانفلات الاخلاقي التي نرى أنها قد استشرت بصورة ملفتة للنظر، حتى أصبح من الصعب الاحاطة بها، فكيف بمحاولة معالجتها. وإذا ما التفتنا إلى مسألة الفساد المالي وما يترتب عليها من تدمير لجانب هام من جوانب الدولة نجد، بلا شك، أن أول ما فسد في نفوس الفاسدين هو الوازع الاخلاقي مهما سميته دينياً أو تربوياً أو أُسرياً أو تثقيفياً أو قيّمياً. وكذلك الحال إذا ما تحدثنا عن الفساد الاداري وغيره من أنواع الفساد الذي أصبح مصدر قلق وخوف أكيدين يهددان الدولة وينذران بانهيارها.

وإذا ما أردنا إحصاء المخاطر التي يولدها الفساد الأخلاقي، فإن علينا ابتداءً أنْ نحيط بأسباب هذا الفساد، وإذا ما قاربنا ذلك سنجد أن ضعف مؤسسات التربية وأعني بها الأسرة والمدرسة ودور العبادة والجامعة الزمرة ووسائل الاعلام، وضعف الرقابة على الرسائل الثقافية والتثقيفية التي لم تأتنا متسللة من النوافذ، بل أصبحت تدخل علينا من الأبواب التي غدت مشرعة على وسعها، أمام كل ماهبّ ودبّ من عفن الحضارات الخارجية الزائفة وتدهور الأخلاقيات النافقة، فبتنا نرى بين ظهرانينا النطيحة والمتردية والموقوذة وما أكل السبع.كل ذلك والحكومات غائبة او متغيّبة قصداً وعمداً، إما عجزاً وإما خوفاً من أنْ تفتح على نفسها أبواباً هي فاشلة حتماً في إغلاقها أو التعاطي معها.
