You will first need corn beef brisket with spices, carrots cut and peeled, a lard head of cabbage cut into small pieces, and small red potatoes. It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to make. 
1.Place the corn beef  in a large pot and fill it in water
2.Cover the pot and let it boil, the let it simmer for an hour until tender
3.Add the vegetables and cook until tender
4.Add cabbage and let it cook for 15 minutes
5.Remove the meat and let it sit for 15 minutes

Such has there is a stone in Ireland called the Blarney Stone that people kiss, and it gives them good fortune for the future. Also that people in Ireland celebrate St. Patrick's Day very differently from here in America. In America many people go out with friends and drink ect. but in Ireland, all pubs/bars are closed, and everyone goes to church. I also learned how serious the country is in religion, specifically Catholic.
