Measurable - I can monitor my development by keeping weekly notes on how well I performed in math class. If I find that I am falling short of any requirements, I will make sure to correct it right away. The key to progress is consistency; without it, even with the best of intentions, you will not be able to reach your full potential.

Attainable - As I previously mentioned, I will keep daily notes on how I performed and whether anything needs to be changed. I intend to accomplish these goals by making every effort to participate and dedicate my time to studying. This will enhance my study habits and mental farewell even more.

Regarding my moral support during the course of this journey. My friends and family will be my rock, there to support me through good times and bad, and to listen to me when I need to talk to someone. This is so because striving is fueled by mental health. Things can get difficult without having to when someone has a bad mindset, so hopefully they do support me.

Relevant - I currently need these grades to be admitted to the Ateneo De Manila Senior High School, so these goals are pertinent to me. Not only that, but I also want to succeed for the benefit of my family; I want to be able to do something for them and make them proud.

Time-Bound - Since the majority of my goals are dependent on passing the ASHAPE entrance exam, I would likely need to work toward completing these until then. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be able to finish my K–12 education and move on to the SHS.
