         <description><![CDATA[<div>We want to meet sites' needs/priorities, but there is a lot of tension between quantity and quality with some sites willing to sacrifice one for the other. I'd like our goal to reflect that we're working with sites to determine what their goal actually is; and then that we meet that goal. I think this plays into client management as much as it does hitting start training targets.</div>]]></description>
