We want to designs sensitive fashion and accessories that should be easy to wear, timeless and rich in influences. Crafted from fabrics selected for their quality and designed for everyday wear, the wardrobe is eminently modular—the supple silhouettes and mainly soft color palette, with single color accents, allow outfits to be restyled and accented over time. Designed and developed in our Atelier in Zurich with simplicity and minimalism in mind, all TRABELSI pieces are made to last long.

• consider strongly who to best edit and curate your current new collection

• what might be the first "drop", the "capsule " ?

• Perhaps the jewellery can be introduced week later in time for xmas orders? ( what is the timeline from oder to delivery ???)

• what are the timeless pieces maybe good to release in January for investment purpose ?

I would also strongly recommend to do competitor analysis:

• identify 3- 4 Swiss brands similar to you and another 5 international ones

• search throughly via their website, articles on them, social media

• create an Excel / chart/ map and compare as many areas as possible: product range, price range, USP, sustainability criteria, demographic, production map, mission...etc

• this will help you building your strategies and navigate there market and landscape going forward. It is essential to know what is happening, what is around you and how others are doing it to avoid their mistakes, doing the same ...and identifying gaps, opportunities and craving your own track

I hope you feeling little better, do take your time to recover properly.

Please continue working on the competitor analysis and do the summary I suggested in comments.

Based on that, create a list on what you have learnt from this - what you want your brand to be and not to be; questioning and modifying the current vision and plan.

Also create the list for Brand identity.

Make sure you take real time off, recover, clear your head, go and see and exhibitions, film..etc and do not open computer for couple of days!!!! :)
